Circa; December 2009 - Twin Peaks.


 

Ocean Beach;


Let me remind you that these pictures were taken back in December of  '09. We were lucky enough to see the view of Downtown San Francisco from Twin Peaks. Usually there's a cascade of fog all over Twin Peaks. What residents know for sure is that SF has three seasons: winter, fog & summer. & they say that summer is just around the corner. On this coast, summer comes in the fall. Honestly, if the month of August had a color, it would be gray! See... it's times like these that make me wish that I was in socal. I miss LA & the warmth feeling of the sun on my skin.

"The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco," a saying that is almost a San Francisco cliche, turns out to be an invention of unknown origin, the coolest thing Mark Twain never said.

Anyway, our next stop? The Golden Gate Bridge! Cody had never been there before & I think he'll like it very much. Anyone wants to join me in the San Francisco 49 Mile Scenic Drive? Hehe
