{forever 21 cropped denim jacket & neon sheer dress | zara bag}

you might remember this outfit from my old post. i've been abusing this denim jacket like crazy. haha. it's a definite staple that you can wear this season to the next if you ask me. these accessories were also worn in heavy rotation since i had to work with limited pieces while being away from home. it's been a crazy month, a whirlwind of packing, unpacking, traveling and working. sigh* in march, i'm determined to relax as much as possible and take things slow. happy tuesday! x

okay... it's been brought to my attention that i have a slight huge addiction to shoes & accessories. i just can't seem to get enough of them! these shoes on the shelve {that hubby built for me from scratch, thank you love!} are always on rotation. i usually switch them around according to my moods and likings. i'll put away the ones i don't wear as often in the closet, in boxes or down in the basement. but what can i say? i mean, too much is never enough... right? *smirks*

here's to my 1st post of may! it's going to be a BUSY month, that's for sure!

so, i took these pictures ever since last week but never got the chance to post them due to laziness. {*cue in "the lazy song" - bruno mars} since i moved out of my parents house {a looong time ago}, my room was cleaned out. all that's left, were the furniture -- the bed, the tv, the desk, etc. but every time i visit my parents, i always find myself refurbishing the room and making it a little more homey.

let's start with the framed chalkboard; it's one of my all time favorite flea market finds. i got such a goooood deal on it & i'm so glad that i went back to purchase it! these days, i have a strong affinity for anything chalkboard related. you'll see what i mean in a few days!

i was asked about how i organize my accessories. well, i like to display them in the silver trays {also flea market finds} ... and the ones i don't really wear, i store them in the small trunks i found at michaels craft store. not so much organized but it'll do for the mean time. & for when i travel, i use my trusted aluminum make-up case to store them. fancy, huh? i must've looked like some make-up guru carrying the case around but i'm far from it. lolol. i swear to you, i have an obsession with accessories ... and nail polish. & since last week, i've added more to the non-stop growing collections. yikes. i think i should stop, well... i know i should stop since i'm sort of limited to what i can pack to bring back home this upcoming friday. :(

& can you tell? i'm finally audacious enough to add some colors into my wardrobe! heh. most of the bright colored pieces are vintage goodies that i've found here in socal. :)

meet my little man, cody. we like to goof around & take pictures. he loves to pose & dress up as spiderman - his 'secret' identity. haha. he's growing up so fast! can't believe he's turning 3 in just 3 weeks. :)

ps. thank you for all the get well soon wishes! :) you guys are amazing. i'm still coughing like crazy but i'm drinking plenty of fluids, especially my honey lemon.
