i simply adore the ranunculus flowers. & i adore spending time with my mother & cody even more. for a little getaway weekend, i took her to the flower fields in carlsbad (on the way to san diego) followed with some shopping at the outlet. after all that she's been through, she deserves nothing but the best.
& isn't that ferragamo clutch just to die for? everything about it is just amazing. yummzah. lol
ps. i'm back in SF! it feels so good to be back home & reunited with my handsome & amazing hubby. ♥ though, i do miss socal very ... very... very much.

i took these shots last week while we were hiking up to the top of mount davidson on a beaaautiful sunny afternoon. i seriously don't visit the sites around me enough. there are so many places that i never knew existed and i've been living here for over a year!
mount davidson is san francisco's highest hill. soaring above the city at 938 feet, i felt like i was standing on top of the world... away from the city, the busy streets, the noise... etc etc. just imagine this, the whole mountain is laced with many trails and paths to explore and it also happens to be the home of a huuuuge cross at its summit.
the scent of the eucalyptus trees still lingers...
{yes, i'm homesick.}
the last picture was taken in front of our house. it had just stopped raining that day. the moon and the clouds were dancing just for me.

i really love exploring san francisco & getting lost with my little guy. not to mention, the weather has been really nice lately so i can't complain. & then... in about two weeks from tomorrow, i'll be in LA. i can't wait to see my family & friends. i can't wait to eat boiling crab, flemings, sprinkles cupcakes, our favorite sushi places, bottega louie, & so many many many more places. PLUS... my mom's food -- that's the joy of having one of the best cooks in the world :) ...
that aside, i'm also excited to be designing again... i'll be doing some work for one of my bestfriends. it'll remind me of the good ol' days when i used to do nothing BUT graphic designing and spend 24.7 on the computer until a project is done. stressful but addicting!
